Our Leadership Development Coaching is focused on a collaborative, individualised relationship between a leader and their coach — the leader could well be an executive, manager, supervisor, team leader or business owner, anyone responsible for a group of people and the results they deliver.

Our aim is to bring about sustained behavioural change and transform the quality of the leader’s working and personal life.

Authentic leaders understand their own strengths, weaknesses and biases; they use their core values to guide them in decision-making; they have a clear understanding of what is negotiable and non-negotiable. Most importantly, authentic leaders help others to access these qualities within themselves as well.

This 3-day intensive course helps participants bring their personal sense of meaning and purpose to their business leadership roles. The course is targeted at those who are already leaders and those who are likely to be the next generation of leaders. The course is delivered via facilitated discussions and individual exercises. The Reflective Leadership programme develops an individual to become the best leader that they can be.

Leaders define the emotional state of their organisation. A lack of emotional intelligence among the leaders can be devastating to the rest of the workforce. When leaders set poor examples of how they treat other people that filters down throughout the business. This often results in low employee engagement or high staff turnover because of the toxic interactions between people.
Emotional intelligence in leadership is the ability to understand your own and others’ emotions and how these emotions drive behaviour. Emotional intelligence helps leaders recognise these challenges, and leverages off this knowledge to motivate others to succeed.

Most leaders would like to have empowered teams, but lack the Leadership skills to really empower them. Leaders often adopt one specific leadership style according to their personality resulting in a mismatch between leadership style and empowerment level, leaving the employee disempowered. This programme will help leaders identify the leadership style required to empower each employee based on the level the employee is at in their role.
